An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Experienced Claims Handler to join their team.

As an Experienced Claims Handler, you will be tasked with providing front line support and advice to customers making an insurance claim. 

Utilising the excellent training you will receive, you will provide high levels of customer service demonstrated within your eager and helpful approach. 

You will communicate with customers primarily via the telephone and use your strong attention to detail to ensure that claims are managed effectively.

What’s more, for the right candidate, there are plenty of progression and professional development opportunities alongside the chance to attain Chartered Institute of Insurance qualifications. 

Interested? To be considered, you must have at least 12 months’ experience within a claims handling role. 

Articulate and communicative, as an Experienced Claims Handler, you must also possess a confident telephone manner, close attention to detail and great interpersonal skills. 

Please note, the core business hours for our client are 8am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. The phone lines are open until 8pm each evening and you will be required to work one weekday covering these and one in four Saturdays from 9am – 5pm (Saturdays are paid as overtime).
