They are currently looking for an experienced head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. The successful candidate must have the confidence and knowledge to be able to run a busy hotel kitchen including:

- Ordering food and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Comply with all health and safety, food hygiene, and other regulations and maintain relevant records
- Manage a small brigade to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
- Maintain GP's and margins, and minimize wastage
- Prepare and present all food to the highest standards
