As a leading technology provider, our client operates at the forefront of their industry. They are now looking for a passionate Senior Support Engineer to join their expanding team.

As a Senior Support Engineer, you’ll deliver third line support and work on project delivery throughout London and the South East. 

In this exciting role, you’ll be working within schools where no two days are the same, so an enthusiastic, positive and highly motivated attitude is key. 

Utilising an analytical approach, you’ll design and install a variety of IT solutions. Additionally, you’ll provide a high level of technical support to customers and swiftly troubleshoot any issues. 

Think you’ve got what it takes? To be considered, you must have the following: 

- Excellent experience as a customer-facing support engineer and/or analyst 
- Support experience with cloud based solutions such as Office 365 
- A solid understanding of networking, security, firewalls and content filtering 
- Knowledge of server virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V 
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle 

As a Senior Support Engineer, you must have a strong customer-focus and a logical approach to problem-solving. Excellent prioritisation and planning skills are also key, as is a team player mentality. 

Server, SAN and OS deployment experience, including HP, EMC and Microsoft would be beneficial to your application. Ideally, you’ll have completed further education, or would be interested in doing so.
