The Utilities Surveyor Role:
The purpose of the roles is to undertake Compensation and Compulsory Purchase work and in particular delivery of contract work to Transport and Utility clients’ in a reliable and cost efficient manner, including Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects as well as other major and minor gas, water, electricity, road and rail jobs, ensuring appropriate fee income to the business.
The role will require candidates who are able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience in undertaking Land Rights related work within the utilities sector. You will also need to be a Full Member of RICS.
