Social Media Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Advisor to join our team based in Thame. The role will be part time working 20 hours per week, on a 6 month fixed term contract offering a salary of £8.20 per hour.

We are looking for an exceptional part time Social Media Advisor who will immerse themselves in the brand and deliver a first class service to customer and consumers.
Social Media Advisor – The Role
The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace brand values.
You will handle inquiries & complaints from consumers through WebChat, telephone & email focusing on Product advice & availability.
Social Media Advisor – Requirements
You should:
- Have experience in Social Moderation / Brand Listening
- Have 1 year Social Media experience
- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Be confident with an enthusiastic telephone manner
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Have a proactive approach to problem solving
- Have a professional outlook, self-confident with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Have a strong team work ethic and a working knowledge of excel and Microsoft word
- Have experience of working under pressure
Social Media Advisor – Shift Pattern
4 days per week between:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 2pm OR 5pm - 9pm
Saturday's OR Sunday's 9am - 2pm on a ROTA basis
