Learning Disabilities Service Manager

Location: Market Drayton and Whitchurch
Salary: Circa 30,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-Time with shared on-call

Are you a skilled senior/team leader in the health and social care sector looking for your next challenge? Join a well-respected charitable organization, specialising in support for adults with learning disabilities and associated mental health needs. I am seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee a cluster of supported living clients and a handful of outreach services within Market Drayton and Whitchurch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage supported living and outreach services.
  • Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement personalised support plans.
  • Promote and implement positive behaviour support.
  • Network and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with sector regulations and best practices.
  • Share on-call responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Proven experience as a senior/team leader.
  • Confident, knowledgeable, and competent within CQC policies and procedures.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Significant experience in positive behaviour support.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
