I am supporting a local business with a part time Finance Assistant for a 6 month temporary period with the potential to be made permanent. This is an immediate start, varied finance role that can be flexibly worked over 21 hours per week.

Description
- Purchase & Sales ledger processing
- Cashbook processing & reconciliation of bank statements
- Any queries related to accounts payable and receivable
- Monthly Payroll Processing and administration
- Petty cash postings
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Producing monthly accruals and prepayments.
- Assisting with the yearly audit preparation
Profile
- Immediately available or available on short notice
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar finance role
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Job Offer
An immediate start + 12.50-13.50 per hour + an initial temporary contract with a view to go permanent + 21 hours that can be spread flexibly through the week
