Job Role: Senior Technical Sales Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: 45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are currently working with a specialist manufacturer who are looking for an Senior Technical Sales Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Grow and develop the business and sales department
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base specifically key accounts
• Responsible for producing and achieving yearly sales forecasts and budgets
• Create and monitor strategies
• Lead, support and coach the sales team
• Present technical solutions that are relevant to your customer needs
• Work closely with senior management/directors
• Determine and set sales targets for the team
• Attending networking, exhibitions, and business social events to secure and grow new and existing clients
• Drive maximum share of customer spend through utilisation of the full product portfolio

Job Requirements:

• Technical Sales Management experience within an Engineering environment
• Manufacturing Engineering qualification or equivalent
• 10 - 15 years experience working within Engineering (desired)
• Able to read engineering/technical drawings
• Willing to travel throughout UK and overseas

Salary & Shift:

• 45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday, 8am - 3:30pm
• Company car, laptop & mobile phone
