We are currently looking for an HGV Class 1 driver to join the team in Avonmouth, you will be working for a national supplier completing pallet deliveries in a curtain sided vehicle.
You will be driving a Class 1 / HGV 1 vehicle completing 5 to 12 drops across the Southwest, starting at 07:30 and a typical shift could be up to 10 hours, working Monday to Friday. There are also options for overtime on Saturdays.
Each shift you will need to complete vehicle checks, make sure the load is secure and complete paperwork.
This is a great opportunity for ongoing Class 1 / HGV1 driving work, with an excellent company.
Hours and Pay
- Working Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17.30.
- 17 per hour, paid weekly.
- 20 per hour, overtime rate.
Requirements
- Previous Class 1 / HGV1 driving experience.
- Full UK driving licence, with category C+E
- Valid Tacho and CPC.
- Safety boots and high viz.
- An understanding of health and safety.
