The Job:

Main duties and responsibilities of a Trainee Production Wood Worker:

• Operating production machinery to cut, shape and assemble raw materials
• Working considerately to reduce material wastage
• Interpreting drawings and measurements to ensure accuracy
• Manual handling of materials, preparing for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe workstation
• Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company

These Trainee Production Wood Worker positions are permanent position.

The Requirements:

Although these Trainee Production Wood Worker roles don t require any formal qualifications or experience, there are a few specifics we'll need to see:

• Ability to undertake manual work some of the materials can be heavy.
• Experience using hand and power tools (even if this is from DIY at home)

• Reliability it s a small team and each person counts!

• Flexibility plans can change some degree of flexibility (possible overtime)
