A short walk from the train station, the office is in an ideal location for both drivers and public transport users.
Role and Requirements
You will handle a full caseload (circa 70 files) of residential property matters that will include: Freehold, Leasehold, Sales and Purchase, Remo and Transfer of Equity. New Build and Shared Ownership experience would be ideal but it is far from necessary to be considered for this role.
- Minimum of 12 months experience running a residential caseload.
- Good billings and completions.
- Understand the importance of client care.
