Commercial Solicitor

Opus Vitae are currently recruiting for a fantastic client in the Shrewsbury area. Our client are searching for a Solicitor within Commercial Property to join the ever-growing team. The role will be based within the Shrewsbury office, with both full-time & part-tine being considered for the position. Salary will range between 50,000 & 60,000 for the successful candidiate

The Role

• Case management systems, with a proven ability to manage time-recording effectively
• Undertaking marketing & business development activity, building relationships with external stakeholders
• Working within Regional Commercial property market, understanding it's challnges & opportunities
• Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme

Skills & Capabilities

• Ability to produce work to tight deadlines under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to take responsibility for administerial tasks & work methodically
• Ability to communicate clearly iwth people at all levels
• High level of numeracy
• Able to identify problems & solutions, whilst workng with your own initiative
• Excellent time management skills & the ability to prioritise & deal with multiple tasks effectively
