Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Felixstowe based client.

Working as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage email communications and client queries
• Conduct searches, verify titles, prepare financial statements, and draft deeds
• Liaise with Factors, address concerns, and manage lender interactions
• Process and submit registration applications
• Offer accurate legal advice and support
• Communicate effectively with clients and solicitors

To be successful in this position you will be a qualified solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer 3-year PQE. Combined with the following skills, traits and experience:

• Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Excellent IT and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently

About the role!

• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (office based)
• Earning circa 45,000 per annum
