Corporate and Commercial Paralegal

A well established Legal firm is seeking an experienced Corporate and Commercial Paralegal to be based out of their Redhill office.

They are looking for a paralegal with a minimum of 1 years' experience within a corporate department who can demonstrate the ability to project manage various demands in an ever-changing environment. The role includes a range of duties which can include;

• Reviewing and drafting a range of corporate contracts and documents.
• Providing support for M&A transactions and other corporate advisory work.
• Conducting buyer and seller due diligence.
• Drafting board minutes.
• Managing data rooms.
• Preparing and managing corporate filings including Companies house filings.
• Drafting transaction and ancillary documentation.
• Preparing completion statements/statements of account.
• Conducting corporate legal research.
• Supporting fee-earners with business development activities, including drafting blog and articles.
