Multitrade Operative - Exeter Area

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multitrade Operative to provide maintenance work on MOD housing projects in the Exeter area.

This is a permanent role and offers a GBP32-34,000 salary + van and fuel card.

Interviews carried out WC 2nd December.

Multi-trade Day to Day:

• Going to various properties to carry out responsive maintenance
• All aspects of maintenance work
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, Carpentry, minor Plumbing, Painting etc

Multi-trade Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Ideally social housing/ MOD experience
