New Homes Sales Negotiator

My client are 1 of the largest new build developers in the UK, the are currently on a recruitment drive & are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team for the region that surrounds Milton Keynes

The ideal candidate with demonstrate stability on their employment profile, you will also be able to deliver excellent customer service on the phone & face to face. Although new homes experience isn't essential it is desirable however essential experience needed to be consider for this role is: employment stability, at least 2 years of Sales Experience & the ability to work in a KPI driven environment

Day to day duties:

• Respnding to enquiry's made on the website or via external portals
• Booking customers in to view the development & following up after the appointment
• Selling through on all off plan units
• Conducting viewings on site & showcasing the development surroundings
• Negotiating deals
• Closing sales
• Ensuring good housekeeping of the development in general
• Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date
• Conducting a snagging list prior to hand over
