Welder

Our client, a leading company in their industry, is seeking several skilled positional welders to join their experienced team. You will have the opportunity to work both at their Derby workshop and on client sites, so a positive, can-do attitude is essential. Occasional weekend work may be required, and in return, you ll receive a competitive salary and a range of company benefits.

To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials:

• A driving license (preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding
• The ability to weld in overhead, straight line, and vertical positions
• Flexibility to work away from home as needed

Within this position, you ll also be:

• Use your welding skills to advance in your career
• Work confidently across various welding positions, including overhead and vertical
• Utilize expertise in MIG, MAG, and TIG welding techniques
• Apply knowledge of Flux Core welding (desirable)
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment, focused on growth
• Tackle the challenge of working both nationwide and in the Derby workshop
• Interpret blueprints and follow technical guidelines accurately

Salary & Working Hours

• Hourly Rate: GBP17.60 plus expenses while away
• Overtime: Available at an enhanced rate
• Benefits: Includes sick pay, pension contributions on all earnings, and flexible working hours
