Hybrid: Flexible working with semi-regular travel around the UK

Are you ready to shape the marketing direction for a dynamic, medium-sized UK manufacturing business?

Our client is looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to lead the team, overseeing all marketing activities and driving brand visibility across the UK. As the senior-most marketing expert in the company, you ll lead everything from strategy to execution, focusing on both brand elevation and lead generation.

What You ll Do:

• Have a strong focus on digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, etc.
• Develop and implement a high-impact marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with teams across the company, working particularly closely with Sales.
• Travel across the UK to represent the company and gather market insights.

What You Bring:

• You will be required to travel up and down the country and therefore you must have a driving licence and own vehicle
• Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally with some B2C.
• Must have done marketing for a manufacturing company
• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on skills in campaign management.
• Ability to work independently and influence key stakeholders.
