Pearson Whiffin are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support an established company and deliver impactful marketing activities across various customer engagement points. In this role, you will coordinate events, create compelling social media content and assist with distributing marketing materials.

Duties Include:

• Manage the events calendar, including internal briefs, third-party coordination, invitations, event setup/takedown, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Execute a social media strategy by creating engaging campaigns, collecting content from team members, and capturing images for social platforms.
• Monitor marketing invoices and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure effective budget management.
• Effective stock management, ordering marketing and business stationery
• Maintain marketing compliance logs, keep the agency website accurate, and ensure compliance

The successful candidate must have/be:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Team player with high integrity and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• A driving license and own transport due to office location.
