This Design and Build company are expanding and looking for a Project Designer to join a brand-new arm of the business! With a common goal across the group of company s to truly understand what work environment will help boost their client s team energy, productivity and happiness.
Lead the full scope of design elements for the business across technical, concept, and visualisation for projects. You will be forming part of the founding team.

The Role:
- Oversee design processes, ensuring compliance and adherence to legislation
- Develop concepts, research and collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Coordinate project cots and schedules with the finance manager
- Create and present 2D/3D concepts and CAD drawings
- Attend site meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Research and propose new products, fittings, and d??cor
- Build strong client and supplier relationships
- Refine design processes to improve efficiency
- Stay update on trends and share insights with the team
- Utilise AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, Photoshop and Illustrator
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a commercial design environment
- Strong communication skills for building solid relationships with clients, suppliers, and third parties
- Confident in presenting design concepts to various audiences, including senior/board-level stakeholders
- Experience interpreting briefing documents for comprehensive scheme development
- Skilled in creating concept proposals, finishes boards, and presentation materials
- Collaborative team player focused on sharing ideas and problem solving
- Experience conducting building surveys
- Proficient in construction and detailed drawings, schedules, and related documents
- Up to date knowledge of materials, design trends, and furniture solutions
- Familiarity with building regulations and statutory requirements
- Ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and solve challenges creatively
- Full driving license and flexibility to travel as needed
