Salary: 26k- 30k + Commission (OTE 50k-60k in 1st year)
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The Key Duties of the Property Investment Consultant:
Analysing market conditions and trends to identify profitable investment opportunities
Consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences and financial goals
Negotiation to ensure the best deals for clients
Building relationships with clients to sell investment properties suitable to their needs and requirements

The Key Criteria of the Property Investment Consultant:
Experience working within the property sector is beneficial
Sales experience desirable
Excellent verbal and written skills
Articulate and professional - with confidence to close a sale over the phone
