Workshop Supervisor

Manpower Engineering is excited to partner with a leading global organisation to help them recruit a Workshop Supervisor to manage their already established team.

As the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the workforce, overseeing performance, and supporting training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed inspection reports, checklists, and other documentation.
• Allocate resources effectively for repair activities.
• Manage systems to control time, cost, and quality.
• Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and machinery are maintained and fit for purpose.

While this is primarily a supervisory role, there may be times when you'll be required to get hands-on during busy periods.

To be considered, you will need:

• Supervisory experience, ideally in a service centre or workshop environment.
• Strong team leadership and management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of compressors and rotating equipment.
• Experience in workshop planning and scheduling.
• Strong IT skills.

This is a temp-to-perm, dayshift position.
