Permanent – Full Time – 39 Hours
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and friendly Telehandler Operator to join our team within Lovell’s East Midlands region working within the New Build team.
Reporting to the Site / Project Manager, you will ensure safe delivery of materials and resources to trades on new build sites.
About the role
- Carry out daily inspections of plant along with ensuring statutory plant documents (eg. Conformity/Thorough Examination) are in place.
- Operates telescopic handler to manufacturers and Lovell safe working practices.
- Checking quality of and accepting material deliveries.
- General housekeeping and cleaning out of properties, if required.
- Adheres to site-specific traffic management plans.
- Adhere to the relevant risk assessments and method statements relating to operation of plant.
- Regularly checks external fencing and locks/unlocks entries as required.
- Ensures plant is switched off, locked and/or shuttered whenever not in use.
About You
Essential
- You will hold a CPCS Skill Card
- Have previous experience in a similar role
