Lead Maintenance Engineer Electrical or Mechanical Commercial Environments 41,500 Basic OTE: 45,000 - 55,000 per annum Scotland Company Van + Fuel Card & Employment Package.
Due to a new contract and existing contract expansion, we are seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer from either an Electrical or Mechanical background! You will be working across a range of commercial environments (ie: offices, care homes, government facilities, pharmaceutical sites etc), carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), fault finding and repairs across a range of electrical systems.

- Standard basic hours: 08:00am - 5:00pm.
- 41,500 Basic Salary (40 hour contract).
- Locations: Scotland - Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinborough, Glagow.
- Overtime Rates: x1.5 rate Mon-Sat / x2 rate rate Sundays and bank Holidays.

Duties:
- Dependant on disipline - Electrical and Mechanical (M&E) / HVAC Maintenance. PPMs and Reactives.
- Updating company CAFM system, ie: logging in/out of jobs, providing detailed job notes/updates of works etc.
- Technical support to other engineers.
- Adhering to health and safety / compliance policies.
- Ensure jobs are logged and updated correctly on company CAFM system for other engineers.
- Updating the office on availability.
- Liaising with clients as and when needed in a client facing role.
Requirements:
- Must be a qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical disipline
- Experience carrying out maintenance and minor installations in commercial environments.
- Able to legally work and drive in the UK.
