Warehouse Operatives Needed

Blue Arrow have now fantastic job opportunities for a number of Warehouse Order Pickers, with adhoc and full time hours available for the right candidates.
As a Warehouse Order Picker you will be required to:

Pick warehouse orders as necessary
Pull warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements
Ensure that orders are accurate
Use a hand barcode scanner for some orders
Pack and stage items correctly for delivery
Oversee stock replenishment
Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
Operate handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed
Perform other general warehouse duties as required

Location: Exeter
Shift: various shifts, Monday- Sunday, extra shifts on Sundays
Pay: weekly, up to 14.30ph

Although full training will be given an ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience as an Order Picker or Stock Replenishment Assistant
Be hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable
Be available long-term
Be able to work effectively as part of a team
Have good literacy and numeracy for accurate order
Be able to complete a pre-employment drug & alcohol test
