TeacherActive is excited to be recruiting for Learning Mentors to work in an Alternative Provision for SEND students in Exeter. The school specialises in Learning Outside The Classroom, providing supportive experiences & offering a unique approach to education.

This school is looking for a resilient, experienced Learning Mentor with Driving Responsibilities on a full time basis, for a long term role with an immediate start. The successful applicant should have experience working within specialist schools, challenging behaviour or working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs. The role will include providing Learning Outside of The Classroom with students who struggle with mainstream models of education, mostly on a 1:1 basis.

The successful Learning Mentor will have:

• Experience working with SEND / Challenging Behaviours
• Experience working on a 1:1 basis
• A Full Driving License, their own vehicle with business insurance.
