We seek to appoint a Director of Church Operations and Buildings with excellent management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and with the ability to think creatively and strategically. The post will be responsible for the overall operation and integration of the activities of Great St. Mary’s and Michaelhouse, and provide organisational leadership, effective management of staff and resources, and oversight of the buildings.

Level of safeguarding training required: Basic awareness/Foundation/Leadership/Safer Recruitment
