Athona Limited are looking for an experienced standalone HR professional, the HR manager is the go-to person for all employees, with the support of the talent and development manager and HR assistant, the HR manager will be responsible for professional standards. Whilst ensuring the company attracts the best candidates for open vacancies. The role reports directly to the Group Finance and Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with HR queries throughout the business
- Providing ongoing HR advice and support to all employees
- Provide internal recruitment from attraction to induction
- Oversee talent development throughout the business Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees
- Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
- Monitor and review HR policies and processes in line with employment regulations, implementing changes where necessary
- Working alongside the Revalidation and Appraisal Associate Director to ensure company compliance for external audits
