Property Inspector

Join this rapidly growing property firm operating across Scotland as their Property Inspector to in Aberdeen. This role will involve supporting five property managers by attending properties, assessing repairs, logging jobs, and organising maintenance staff to carry out necessary work.

Monday - Friday 9 - 5, 25,000 as well as a 3,300 car allowance

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property inspections and assess repairs needed
Log jobs on an iPad system for tracking and reporting purposes
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repairs
Organise and conduct tenant meetings as required
Provide excellent front-facing customer service to tenants and landlords
Compliant handle where required

Requirements:

Previous experience in property inspection is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
Drivers license
