22,500 - 30,000
A basic salary starting at 22,500, the realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from 28,000 to 30,000 per annum
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing a good rapport with potential customers, pulling together relevant information to be able to lead them to the right product.
- Respond promptly to inquiries about products for sale, either verbal or written communications with potential buyers
- Undertake home visits to appraise products, prepare them for advertising, including capturing detailed photographs and video tours
- Promoting products for sale across various online marketing platforms.
- Skilfully negotiating between sellers and buyers
- Conducting comprehensive handovers, demonstrating all product features and benefits
- Maintaining customer management databases efficiently, with proactive follow-ups to cultivate future business
- Taking ownership of leads and supporting lead flow through telesales
- Soliciting feedback and customer reviews proactively
- Staying updated on the latest developments in the industry
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation, both in hard copy and digital formats
- Identifying and executing campaigns and promotions to optimise sales, including digital strategies
- Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the team
- Exceeding monthly and annual sales targets consistently
- Represent the business at trade shows, manufacturer product launches, and various events and exhibitions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, surpassing customer expectations
- Maintain composure under pressure, adapting positively to change, and remaining resilient in the face of setbacks
- Demonstrate pride in the quality of work

- Work Hours: 36 hours per week for full-time positions, with flexibility required for travel. Weekend work and attendance at trade shows and events are mandatory but will not exceed allocated hours
