I am working with a regional house builder to recruit a Legacy Contracts Manager to review legacy sites with long standing contractual issues that need to be rectified. Once defects are identified, you will need to liaise with supply chain or appoint new contractors to carry out the works.

Sites will be across the Western region, including Cornwall, Plymouth, Exeter & South Wales.

This role would be suitable for an experienced house building senior manager with knowledge of new build regulations, defects and general sub-contract awareness.

Additionally, an element of relationship building will be required with new and assisting Housing Associations connected to the business, to create long standing partnerships moving forward.

This is initially a 6-12 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of turning into a permanent role depending on the extent of the work load.

On offer is a salary circa 55,000- 65,000 depending on experience, Car allowance and mileage paid.
