Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of consulting experience and be either chartered or nearly chartered. You will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and delivering a range of structural engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design process for a variety of projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Provide expert advice and consultancy services to clients, maintaining and developing strong relationships.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports, calculations, and drawings using industry-standard software.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting environment.
• Chartered or nearly chartered status (ICE, IStructE, or equivalent).
• Strong technical expertise in structural engineering principles and practices.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
