Multi Trader (voids)

Multi Trader - I am currently urgently looking for 2 x Multi Traders to work in and around the Lincolnshire area, working to refurbish void council-owned properties throughout the patch. We are specifically looking for people with experience working in voids or within the social housing sector.

Work for the Multi Trader will be varied including carpentry, plumbing, plastering and painting as and when needed. On average you will work in each void for around a week but this can vary depending on the state of the property. The rate of pay for the Multi Trader is 180 per day, working 8 hours per day from Monday - Friday. Weekend work and call out is available if desired but not essential.

You must have your own van and tools, all materials and consumables will be provided. Trade qualifications are beneficial but not essential, a clean DBS will be required (we will pay for this) along with an in-date asbestos awareness certificate.
