Job Description: Technical Support Specialist

Overview: This role involves providing customer and sales support for systems and products, with a focus on CAD-based drawing creation, specification writing, and on-site technical support. You'll collaborate with the marketing team on technical content, stay updated on regulatory changes, and manage third-party product inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
  • Create CAD drawings and assist with as-built packages and O&M manuals.
  • Aid in writing and approving roofing specifications.
  • Support marketing with technical content.
  • Monitor and report on regulatory updates.
  • Manage third-party inquiries through selected partners.
  • Offer on-site support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical understanding of commercial roofing systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Office and CAD software.
  • Experience in construction-related roles and CAD work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage pressure.

Requirements:

  • Ability to climb ladders and use on-site access equipment.
