New Homes Sales Advisor

We are currently supporting a well-known developer who are looking to bolster their thriving Sales team with an experienced adhoc, Temporary Sales Negotiator for developments in and around the Exeter area.

You will be an ambassador for new homes, being able to positively create and maintain effective working relationships with all parties involved.

Our client is looking for someone who is available to do ad hoc bookings throughout August with the potential for it to lead to more dates in the future!

You will be experienced and confident in negotiating the sale of houses as well as advising each customer on properties and house type specifications on site.

Essential skills:

• At least 18 months experience of sales in the new house building market.
• Proven sales skills and effective negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A positive and target driven attitude to sales with excellent self-motivation.
• Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
