Roadside Technician

Goldman & Fine are currently seeking a Roadside Technician professional to join our team in Derby starting on the 9th September . As a Roadside Technicianteam member, you will play a crucial role in assisting drivers in need of roadside assistance. Mechanical experience is essential.

Roadside Technician Responsibilities:

- Respond to calls for roadside assistance promptly and efficiently
- Perform tire changes, jump-starts, lockouts, and fuel deliveries as needed
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for vehicle recovery tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to stranded motorists
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during roadside assistance operations

Roadside Technician Skills:

- Proficiency in using hand tools for vehicle recovery tasks
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and address common vehicle issues
- Familiarity with power tools for efficient service delivery

Salary:

- A basic salary of up to 37k plus probationary bonus ( 1850)

- 9% pension

- OT availability
