Our client is expanding and now looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to ensure they are meeting all of compliance requirements.
About the Role:
Elite Personnel is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Compliance Manager on behalf of our esteemed client in the care industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all compliance-related matters are meticulously managed, including the maintenance of essential paperwork such as ID checks, DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks, and references. The successful candidate will ensure the business remains compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Compliance Manager
- Oversee and manage the compliance framework within the care facility.
- Ensure all staff files are up to date, including ID checks, DBS checks, and reference documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation and ensure the business adapts accordingly.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements: Compliance Manager
- Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the care industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the care sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
