Currently, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Planner to join their team, contributing to both tenders and live construction projects across the Midlands.

Senior Planner Overview:
As a Senior Planner, you will be a crucial member of the project delivery team, working on dynamic and challenging new build projects. You will leverage your expertise to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects ranging from GBP50m to over GBP100m.

Senior Planner Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather essential information for accurate planning
- Conduct risk assessments and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential delays
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing schedule deviations
- Work closely with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Utilise industry-leading planning software and tools to optimise project efficiency

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Planner in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of new build projects, with exposure to projects valued up to GBP100 million
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualification in construction management or a related field
