Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Croxley Green, Watford

Contract Details: Full Time / Permanent

Salary: 28- 30K based upon skills and experience

  • Manage customer enquiries promptly and efficiently through phone calls and emails
  • Process and track customer orders from entry to billing, including quotations and pre-payment documents
  • Update and manage tickets/cases in the system, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to contract terms
  • Resolve customer complaints, queries, and issues related to orders and deliveries
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth delivery operations
  • Dispatch customer and partner support requests to the appropriate channels
  • Monitor and prioritise multiple systems and ticket queues throughout the workday
  • Communicate relevant information to Sales Account Managers and other internal teams
  • Understand key customer requirements and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Maintain accurate customer account records for audit purposes
  • Provide support to team members and backup other Customer Service teams as needed

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Proven customer service or logistics experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish is an advantage
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Outlook, Salesforce, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Multitasking ability and coordination across departments
  • Experience in navigating multiple systems simultaneously

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • SAP experience
  • Openness to learning new processes and implementing improvements
