Under the guidance and direction of the Literacy Lead & SEND departments, the Teaching Assistant (Literacy) will develop and deliver bespoke reading and literacy intervention programmes and activities to support individuals or groups of pupils, as required.

We are ideally looking for candidates with experience of working in a supportive/mentoring role with children or young people and successfully supporting the learning of SEND pupils.
