Location: Exeter
Salary: GBP80 - GBP95 per day
Start Date: September 2024

Responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Work with teachers to develop engaging and stimulating lessons that ignite student curiosity.
  • Offer personalised support to students.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and can excel.
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development to improve teaching skills and advance in the field of education.

Requirements of a SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Effective communication abilities for clear interactions.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Demonstrated qualities of patience, empathy, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Dedication to ensuring student success.
  • Experience working with individuals facing severe learning difficulties or other SEN is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and empathy.
