My client are at the forefront of water conservation and energy reduction for industrial clients. They re looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to be a key member of their Sales & Operations team.

You will be instrumental in maintaining and developing client relationships, demonstrating system knowledge, managing contracts effectively, and generating new sales within the Lincolnshire/Humber region. You will sell, demonstrate, and promote their specialty water and process chemicals and monitoring technologies.

Key Responsibilities: Account Manager

- Develop and execute customer account sales plans, from generating quotes to processing purchase orders.

- Maintain customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving concerns.

- Coordinate resources to maintain and grow existing accounts and secure new ones.

- Conduct plant visits, audits, surveys, and trials, performing water analysis/testing and reporting as required.

- Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales goals within your territory.

- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.

Key Requirements: Account Manager

- Experience within the water industry.

- Proven ability to build and develop customer relationships.

- Demonstrated project management experience and a track record of exceeding targets.

- Experience in account management or sales within a water/process treatment company or industrial plant.

- Technical qualifications in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or similar engineering fields, or extensive industry experience.

- Strong sales strategies with a history of winning new accounts and developing markets.

- Knowledge of specialty water and process chemicals and associated monitoring technologies.

- Valid UK driving licence.
