We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading business based in the Cannock area. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for organising and managing customer orders by phone, email and in person, you will be processing orders and ensuring that customer records are maintained accurately working as part of a busy customer service team.

As the Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for :

Receiving customer orders and managing the order enquiries by phone, email, in person

Processing customer orders and ensuring records are maintained accurately

Liaising with other departments in the business to support customer requests/requirements

Managing queries and resolving problems

Communicating with customers in a respectful manner

Representing the business as part of the front of house team

Working to meet customer requirements and demands

Requirements:

Experience in a customer service/order processing role

Experience in complaints and resolving issues

Excellent People skills

Strong team player, supporting customers and colleaugues alike
