Trust Housing Association has a fantastic opportunity for a Care & Support Worker (HCW) - Nights to join our team based in 40 Shawholm Crescent, Pollokshaws. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Care & Support Worker (HCW) - Older People, we will offer you:

  • Competitive hourly rate of GBP11.15 - GBP11.56 per hour with a 4% pay award pending April 24
  • 30 hours per week, shifts are 10pm-8am.

What we re looking for in our Care & Support Worker (HCW) - Nights:

Our housing care service at Pollokshaws provides housing support, personal care and a meals service. You ll be working with our tenants to ensure that they receive the support and personal care identified in individual care plans, making it possible for our tenants to continue enjoying as much independent living as they re able. It ll be rewarding looking after those who rely on the support and dedication you ll bring to this important role.

Skills and experience we're looking for in our Care & Support Worker (HCW) - Nights:

Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these. If you are successful in joining our team we can provide you with fantastic opportunities to develop your experience or enhance your career in social care and assist with your ongoing continued personal development.
