Product Costing Specialist

We are now looking for a Product Costing Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

What our Product Costing Specialist will do

Nexperia has embarked on a future vision and growth ambition which involves alignment of processes and ways of working. This forms the basis for our business Transformation and the challenge is to move to an advanced product costing model that is in use in the other factories of Nexperia.

You will have a demonstrated history of implementing Product Costing in various SAP environments, preferably internationally, and in mid to large-size companies. You will operate between Business and IT and be committed to delivering strong solutions. You will have a strong knowledge of SAP Product Costing on both functional as technical levels as a driver for success.

As a Product Costing Specialist, you will be part of the large global team of around 200 people with the responsibility to deliver the next generation of corporate systems (SAP, TIBCO, Enovia), and data science technologies as well as facilitate change to support the new ways of working based out of Manchester.

Key responsibilities will include

• Being responsible for implementing the corporate standard costing model into the Manchester s site s production facilities.
• You will have support from the local organization and the global IT organization.
• Working in collaboration with a local master data team to set up and migrate to a new model
• Rationalising legacy ways of working
• Quality control, reporting on acceptance of the proposed solutions

What our Product Costing Specialist will need

Essential

• Professional accounting qualification
• A strong knowledge of SAP Product Costing in a process manufacturing environment
• SAP certified in PC and understanding of master data
• The understanding and ability to explain the impact of choices made on planning, scheduling and product costing
• Experience in transforming and rationalizing master data
• A process view on the system to be implemented
• The ability to manage change and mobilize organisation
• To be an agile, independent thinker with strong analytical skills and able to bring ideas to fruition

Beneficial

• Certifications in SAP and Enovia are highly desirable
• Prior experience working within the semiconductor industry
