Hyde is looking to recruit a Service Support Advisor.

As a Service Support Advisor at Hyde you will be working within Property Maintenance, to ensure repair calls are escalated to appropriate departments, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Administration support
  • Handle repairs enquiries transferred from the Customer Services Centre.
  • Collaborate with Trades Staff, Contractors, and other relevant teams to troubleshoot and diagnose repair issues.
  • Assist with customer complaints and concerns related to property repairs.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams for tracking and reporting purposes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • IT proficiency – including Microsoft packages
  • Experience working in customer service
  • Good organisation and admin skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required
