Your new company
A growing Finance team based in Burnley, are now recruiting on a full-time permanent basis for a compliance administrator, this is due to the development of internal progression the business. Searching for an experienced, ambitious administrator, this position allows opportunity to join an established business and develop your skills within Business Support.
The working hours are 9am - 5pm between Monday to Friday, one day hybrid working with flexibility around hours (which are subject to business needs).
Your new role
As Compliance administrator you will be responsible for supporting the compliance and HR department by undertaking various admin duties, as well as, liaising with other teams within the department and supporting with monthly credit compliance documentation. Along with uploading and updating confidential files, provide administrative support, attend departmental meetings, and undertake any other reasonable duties as required from time to time to achieve overall business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you should have strong administrative experience, a good understanding of compliance and requirements. Along with, ability to work with all levels of staff and must have a high Level of personal and professional integrity.
Effective time-management abilities - able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities, therefore you should have excellent attention to detail and accountability.
You must be a team player with self-motivation, a 'can do' attitude, excellent organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
