Pensions Technical Team Leader 

Location: Croydon office location with Hybrid working 

Salary: £44,000 to £48,000 per annum plus Civil Service Pension 

Contract Type: Permanent

We’re delighted to share that we have an opportunity to join the PPF as a Pensions Technical Team Leader.  This position leads a team that provide technical pensions support to the wider teams and ensure our members are at the heart of everything we do. 

This position is critical in ensuring that member queries are always dealt with efficiently, correctly, and that the team provide clear, accurate responses to queries. The role will also be a representative in technical working groups and project teams to ensure relevant legislation is correctly implemented. 

As this is a team leader position, we are looking for someone that has experience of managing a team that provide a specialised service to operational teams.  We are looking for demonstrable experience of dealing with regulatory or complex pensions industry issues and applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret complex information in a manner that all stakeholders can understand, so strong verbal and communication skills are required.
