Personal Assistant to Directors
Bedford
Circa £30,000 per annum
Permanent, Full time
37 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to three Directors and wider teams as required.
In this key role you will provide effective and efficient management of Directors’ diaries and email inbox where required, organise, attend and take minutes of key meetings and follow up actions. This is a hybrid role with office attendance needed to suit the needs of the business.
What you will be doing:

You will manage the Directors’ diaries and inboxes and will co-ordinate meetings and events with colleagues and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for planning and organising key meetings ensuring the accuracy of minutes and action logs.

You will ensure that communications are passed on quickly and efficiently within the departments and business, enabling flexibility to change arrangements as necessary.

You will deal with correspondence to the Directors, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed in a timely manner.

You will assist the Directors in the preparation of Board and Committee reports and presentations.

You will deal with all tasks efficiently and professionally and ensure that all confidentiality is maintained.
We’d love to meet someone with:
-
A proven track record of working for a senior manager/Director, ideally in a customer focused organisation.

Experience of Board and Committee Governance and minute taking.
-
Experience of working on projects.

A sound working knowledge of Microsoft office package, including Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Teams.

Excellent written business communication skills and strong organisational abilities.

Ability to prioritise workload and good problem-solving skills.
-
Proof reading skills.
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Polite, approachable and flexible.
