Monday-Friday 37.5hr working week
Due to growth, we have numerous permanent vacancies at our customers site in Peterborough
In your role as a Vehicle Technician:
- To repair vehicles in line with manufacturers repair instructions
- To ensure correct clocking and documentation are kept up to date
- To ensure all vehicles indicated as a priority are completed for bookings
- Efficiently diagnose faults and working within set manufacturers repair time
- Carry out each job within the budgeted time as set out on job card to maintain own labour productivity
- To utilise all materials and consumables
To be considered for the role as a Vehicle Technician :
- City and guilds level 3 light vehicle maintenance - Essential
- Can undertake all levels of car repairs, diagnostics, and servicing
- Good knowledge in electrical diagnosis and identification of drivability complaints.
- Have previous Automotive Technician experience
- Must have a valid UK Driving License
- Experience in motor trade
- MOT Testing qualification advantageous but NOT essential
- Dealership experience - Desirable
Pay Rate: GBP31,000
Shift pattern: Day time Only (Monday Friday) (37.5 hrs a week only) NO WEEKENDS
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
